First we meet to discuss your accounting needs.   Upon answering several questions regarding your company’s current accounting practices, BVW will review your current books, most current financial statement and activity to establish the cost to do your bookkeeping.

After our review BVW will provide you with a proposal.  Upon approval of our proposal BVW will provide you with a list of items and access required to begin our work. Including bank statements, check registers, and receipts.

How do we access your books?

There are two options to choose from:

QuickBooks Online:

BVW would be set up as a user on your current QuickBooks online file.  If you don’t have a set of books BVW can set up your online QB file for you.  The online version allows multiple users (with custom access) to access at any computer at any time.  BVW can also convert desktop versions to a QuickBooks online file.

QuickBooks Desktop Version: 

A)  BVW would keep your company QB file at our office and provide a monthly copy along with your monthly financials for you to upload onto your computer at your location.

B)  BVW would remote access to the QB file on your computer to complete our bookkeeping tasks from our office in Mesa.

How do we get your receipts and statements?

BVW can help automate the exchange of your data to ensure quick and easy services!

You can email, fax, courier, drop off or mail your activity.  We can view and print your statements with online access.  After we’ve completed our bookkeeping tasks we’ll return the items received along with your financials. It’s that simple.
